Word Up - The Alphabet

Knowing the alphabet is the first and most fundamental step in words. This is where we start encoding how spoken language looks. Therefore, recognizing and knowing how to pronounce the sounds of the letters of the alphabet is a skill you must master in order to be able to decode new and unfamiliar words. 

The cards can be printed and used as flashcards. Each card includes a letter of the alphabet, namely its graphene also called its icon, its name and pronunciation, as well as example words to assist adoption.

Please note that mastering this material may require practice outside the classroom, as classroom environments can sometimes include background noise, which may affect recall. Research suggests that it is easier to remember information in a quieter setting.
